Disability Access Info

Wood Festival welcomes all audience members to its festival and hopes to provide an enjoyable weekend for all. The following information might be useful if you have any specific access requirements.

Site details

Wood Festival is an outdoor event and terrain can be rough, especially in some weather conditions. The majority of the site is flat, with some road tracks offering more direct routes to other parts of the site. There is a dedicated accessible campsite and parking facilities provided. The site has a wheelchair-accessible toilet adjacent to the wheelchair-accessible campsite. A battery charge point for electric wheelchairs is located at First Aid. There are good sightlines for the main stage. Stewards at both stages should be able to provide assistance. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Parking

Parking near the main arena can be arranged. Please arrange to pick up a vehicle pass in advance of your arrival, as you will need to drive through private areas of the site.
